Meet Our Team
Situated on 90acres in Modewarre – just outside Geelong, our team is highly experienced in facilitating energy shifts and changes needed to bring transformation into our client’s daily lives.
The team consists of a herd of horses and a small herd of mini ponies.
You’ll meet our team Finn, Bhakti, Tas, Holly, Leila, Cara, Bambi, Shanti, Elle, Luca and Opal. Plus our minis, Patches, Snowflake, Rod, Bowie, Sheeba and Rainbow Dash.
The difference of working with the two herds is quite remarkable. While the mini ponies might come in a smaller horse-sized package, they are as equally powerful – and provide a fantastic introduction to the work with children or clients who may feel unfamiliar being around and working with the larger horses. Don’t underestimate the power of the mini herd. There is a softness and gentleness to them.
Both herds offer unique experiences and are equally valued and loved for their presence and willingness to participate in this transformational work assisting clients

Our Facilitator

Pam is a qualified equine-assisted facilitator with a rich background in media and corporate environments, personal growth and healing. Pam is also a mother, homeschool parent and works as a volunteer working with young people in theatre – supporting their social development, self-confidence, and cooperation.
Growing up around horses, Pam has developed a deep understanding of the unique bond between humans and horses, and the profound impact horses can have on humans.
Pam has walked the path of life – and understands life presents us all with learnings and challenges and branched into equine therapy as part of her own personal journey.
She has a deep understanding of the grief process, informed by the loss of both parents and beloved animal family members over the years which has deepened her own knowing of grief, understanding it offers a profound opportunity for growth, transformation and freedom.
By partnering with horses Pam facilitates programs for both adults and children and is passionate about the emotional, mental, and physical benefits of equine-assisted activities. She holds presence, awareness and compassion coupled with deep listening as she assists others to navigate their own personal shifts and healing process in the company of the herd.
Through her work, Pam believes in the potential of the herd to facilitate permanent shifts to promote healing and growth and empowers individuals to discover their strengths through embracing the work and their own journey of self-discovery.
What we do
Humans are complex beings and when it comes to learning, healing, growth or transformation, one size doesn’t fit all. As facilitators we adapt to the client’s specific needs and select a modality that is most appropriate.
The three primary processes we offer facilitation are in the areas of experiential learning, reflection for personal growth and somatic experiencing to resolve trauma. Each process offers unique benefits.
We recognize that everyone has their own belief systems, experiences, unprocessed emotions, trauma and conditioned behaviors, not one person is the same.
From this viewpoint we offer an individualised and a tailored approach to each session.
We work both with groups and individuals to learn, heal and grow.
Somatic Experiencing®
Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) is a potent method for resolving trauma symptoms and relieving chronic stress. It is the life’s work of Dr. Peter A. Levine, resulting from his multidisciplinary study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics, together with over 45 years of successful clinical application. The SE™ approach releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming PTSD, and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma.
SE™ trauma resolution does not require the traumatised person to re-tell or re-live the traumatic event. Instead, it offers the opportunity to engage, complete, and resolve — in a slow and supported way — the body’s instinctual fight, flight and freeze responses. Individuals locked in anxiety or rage then relax into a growing sense of peace and safety. Those stuck in depression gradually find their feelings of hopelessness and numbness transformed into empowerment, triumph, and mastery.
SE™ trauma resolution catalyses corrective bodily experiences that contradict those of fear and helplessness. This resets the nervous system, restores inner balance, enhances resilience to stress, and increases people’s vitality, equanimity, and capacity to actively engage in life.
